Dust and rain are predicted
More clouds and slight rainfall are expected this week across the UAE, causing blowing dust and sand with poor visibility, the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology has said. Motorists have been warned to take precautions while driving. “The weather for the following days is looking to be cloudy in general and hazy over most internal and coastal areas,” a meteorologist said. “Temperatures are expected drop by one or two degrees as the amount of clouds increase in the cities and may develop to towering clouds at times with the chance of some light rain fall.” Humidity levels are expected to go up to 90 per cent during late nights and early mornings. Abu Dhabi will see highs of 38C today with lows of 26C, while Dubai is expected to see highs of 36C and lows of 27C. A further drop in temperature is expected tomorrow with Abu Dhabi and Dubai seeing highs of 32C and 36C.
