Drive-thru alligator throw ends in court
A man who threw an alligator through a drive-thru window is now throwing himself on the mercy of the court. The Palm Beach Post in Florida, US, reported that 24-year-old Joshua James agreed to plead guilty to unspecified misdemeanor charges on May 31. James was arrested in February on charges that he threw the one-metre alligator into a Wendy’s last October. He was charged with several felonies, including assault with a deadly weapon. He has apologised and nobody was hurt in the incident.
