Firm helps to build a bet­ter fu­ture for kids

A UAE firm has helped build a school for chil­dren in Nepal. Dulsco, which sup­plies hu­man re­source so­lu­tions and waste man­age­ment ser­vices, took part in Dubai Cares’ Adopt a School ini­tia­tive. Rep­re­sen­ta­tives from Dulsco’s se­nior man­age­ment re­cently vis­ited Narayan­pur vil­lage in western Nepal to in­au­gu­rate the school, which can ac­com­mo­date 150 chil­dren. “In or­der to break the vi­cious cy­cle of poverty, we need to take into ac­count all of its causes,” said S Balaku­mar, Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor of Dulsco. “Dulsco and Dubai Cares are tar­get­ing the best long-term so­lu­tion to poverty, which is ed­u­ca­tion, as we build schools in dif­fer­ent coun­tries with var­i­ous de­vel­op­ment needs such as Nepal” He added: “We have many Nepali em­ploy­ees work­ing for Dulsco and this ini­tia­tive is our ges­ture of thanks to the Nepali com­mu­nity for their loyal sup­port and con­tri­bu­tion to the com­pany’s growth.”
