Stranded motorist says thanks for roadside help

7 Days in Dubai - - COMMUNITY -

I would like to say a massive thank you to Yousuf, who willingly and selflessly came to my assistance on Tuesday afternoon on Al Wasl Road when my car overheated and broke down in the middle of the road. Words cannot express how grateful I am to you for your act of kindness and compassion. Not only are you fasting, but you had just come from an uncomfortable dentist appointment; you moved my car to safety, and threw handfuls of sand all over the road where the oil had leaked. The outside temperature was beyond hot and humid, yet you were more than willing to help me in my moment of need. You then made sure that I got across the road safely without being run down by a lunatic driver! Thank you Yousuf from the bottom of my heart, Ramadan Kareem and Shukran. Margie Dubai When I came out at 3pm I found the bonnet and right side of my black SUV deeply scratched multiple times with a key. The cars to my left and right were still the same as in the morning. It is clearly a deliberate attempt by someone. It made me wonder why should anyone do this to me as I am person who is always very careful while parking and opening my door and never park in slots where the adjacent cars have parked close to the parking line. The same incident happened with me in Karama last weekend in the parking which is diagonally opposite to Bikanerwala but at that time it was a single long scratch with a key.
