Pick­ing up fines as I’m forced to park il­le­gally

I live alone in a stu­dio flat in Per­sia Clus­ter N11, in In­ter­na­tional City. I have one car and I get 10 fines a month be­cause of il­le­gal park­ing. When I come home af­ter 7pm (with the traf­fic it barely hap­pens) there is no avail­able park­ing not even five build­ings away from my area. The rea­son is over­crowd­ing, one stu­dio flat has four peo­ple at a min­i­mum and most of them have cars. I feel like I am be­ing robbed. I should have no prob­lem with the park­ing I am alone in a stu­dio and yet I am hand­ing over al­most half of my salary to RTA ev­ery month just be­cause Nakheel could not con­trol the over­crowd­ing. Po­lice should prac­tice

As a land­lord I would find it an­noy­ing that an agree­ment has been made, con­tract signed then pay­ment not forth­com­ing. BUT, I would un­der­stand and in­struct the agent to find an­other ten­ant and re­lease your de­posit AND tell him to re­turn com­mis­sions to you or I won’t let the prop­erty through him and would tell other land­lords I know NOT to use him. You have not signed and handed over cheques so that’s good as they would bounce and then oh my! All kinds of is­sues. As the others have said go to through the proper chan­nels. This land­lord is just try­ing to get an easy pay day and his un­scrupu­lous agent. I am sorry for
