Dear drivers, do us all a favour and please check your blind spot

7 Days in Dubai - - DEAR 7 DAYS -

“I think you need to get used to the driving here. They won’t change, people here consider that they are all still driving in their backyard so blindspot checks, indicating, and apology after they nearly crashed into you are non-existent here. People here are impatient and ignorant.” NOOR VAZEER

“And half of these ignorant drivers couldn’t even dream of riding a cow where they came from, let alone a car. Suddenly they show up in UAE, get a driver’s licence (I wonder how), some dough and a car. Their attitude becomes an arrogant, yet still ignorant one and we end up with disasters.”

OMAR MAGDY

“Nothing will ever change the fact that 95% of drivers in the UAE turn into stupid, selfish, arrogant morons as soon as they get into their cars.”
