Dubai-based com­pany Emi­rates Leisure Re­tail Aus­tralia (ELRA) has opened two new food and bev­er­age venues – The Bistro by Wolf­gang Puck and Heineken House – at Syd­ney Air­port’s newly trans­formed T1 In­ter­na­tional ter­mi­nal. An­drew Day, Group CEO and Chair­man of ELRA, said: “We are de­lighted to be a key part­ner in Syd­ney Air­port’s T1 im­prove­ments pro­gramme through the open­ing of th­ese premium ten­an­cies, and to have the op­por­tu­nity to pro­vide ex­pe­ri­ences to the 14.5 mil­lion in­ter­na­tional trav­ellers who pass through Syd­ney Air­port each year.” ELRA has also re­cently won the ten­der for a sig­nif­i­cant share of the F&B con­tract at the new Mid­field Ter­mi­nal Build­ing at Abu Dhabi In­ter­na­tional Air­port.
