‘Try be­ing a fair ten­ant and you’ll get a fair deal’

Do you know how many ten­ants have run away with my prop­erty dis­man­tled? With a cheap quote “cut it from my de­posit “which is 5 per cent of the rent and it doesn’t even cover the tiles they break and the false ceil­ing whilst mov­ing out. Do you even con­sider the fact that a land­lord would be more than happy to give a monthly pay­ment in­case the ten­ant ac­tu­ally pays on time. It’s a choice be­tween 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 12 has­sles on the pay­ment day. And there is al­ways an ex­cuse, I don’t has­sle them with send­ing them my med­i­cal bills why would they send me theirs? Ev­ery ten­ant of mine (ex­cept one) has stayed in for just a year or 2 and as soon as they leave the apart­ment at a well frisked con­di­tion, I have got the plumb­ing rechecked and re­fresh the apart­ment, by that time I bare fi­nan­cial loss of at least 1 to 2 months. It’s not easy on this side of the pedestal ei­ther. But I do have to men­tion that I have 1 ten­ant who has stayed in one of my 2beds for 7 years, his cheques are as good
