Firms warned delaying salaries will land them in hot water

7 Days in Dubai - - PEOPLE -

“I don’t know how can employers be so harsh. You work hard and do everything possible for the development of employers’ business and then in the end you have to beg for your money and they only give you dates. It becomes even harder if you have a relationship of around 4-5 years. You have such a good relationship for 4-5 years and in the end employers spoil it for such a small amount. They make you beg and when you take some legal action of course they will take you as your enemy but they will never understand how you suffer during the unpaid period. This is so harsh but they dont’ know God is watching and employers who dont pay or pay late eventually face the karma.”

SYED SHOAIB BOKHARI

“So glad to read this! Too many businesses getting away with not paying hard working employees when this is the most basic right. Can’t believe this has been going on for so long.”

MONIKA HADISFAR POWER

“Well hopefully the employees will complain to the govt if nothing changes and hopefully the govt will take the complaint seriously and fine the businesses. So don’t be scared. Some don’t complain because they are scared to lose their jobs.”
