Reigning champion and Olympic bronze medallist Shanshan Feng will return to one of her happiest hunting grounds when she tees it up at the Omega Dubai Ladies Masters from December 7-10. The three-time Dubai winner and China’s most decorated golfer said: “Dubai has been very good to me, a lucky place indeed. “I just enjoy this tournament and try to focus on shot by shot. “I love this course and it suits my game, so I’m just going to give my best and I think my goal is just a top 10 finish, as always.” Back-to-back victories at the Sime Darby Malaysia and the Japan Classic highlighted another solid season on the LPGA Tour for Feng, but the Chinese ace felt it was winning the Olympic bronze that meant the most this season

as golf returned to the Games for the first time in more than 100 years. “I didn’t play very well for the first half of this year and my LPGA ranking dropped out of the top ten,” said Feng. “But I got a medal at the Olympics so I felt that all of the hard work paid off and I felt really happy about it.”
