Palestinians are still struggling with UAE travel

7 Days in Dubai - - DEAR 7 DAYS... -

It has been a year since you published your article about the unavailability of machine readable Palestinian travel documents. Since then the situation is the same as the new biometric travel documents are not yet available at the Lebanese Consulate in Dubai or the Lebanese Embassy in Abu Dhabi with no update as to when they will be available. It seems that the holders of a ‘travel document for Palestinian refugees’ will have to suffer more and stay without travel except between Dubai and Lebanon! Even if it will affect their jobs or their life in general. When the situation will be solved? The answer is always “No information available”. A Palestinian unable to travel UAE opposite, but no. No respect in making a line, on speed limits, texting, black windows and obviously too lazy to use directionals, illegal modified cars. How many more have to die? Also the desert areas, they are not your dumpster! The police really have to do something more about this! Raf Dubai imposed on individuals who do not follow this. Please let’s sort this out before another family loses another loved one. Dave UAE
