In re­sponse to the let­ter ‘Women are twice as likely to cause a road ac­ci­dent’ (7DAYS, Nov 21), it’s the same story with blam­ing cer­tain na­tion­al­i­ties for ac­ci­dents. When you do the math and take into con­sid­er­a­tion the fact that In­di­ans and Pak­ista­nis make up the ma­jor­ity, then the num­ber of ac­ci­dents they cause is sta­tis­ti­cally pro­por­tion­ate. Whereas, other de­mo­graph­ics, which are in the mi­nor­ity, sta­tis­ti­cally cause a greater num­ber of ac­ci­dents. Jose Dubai group of Red-Wat­tled Plover and a sin­gle Crested Lark, as well as a few of the ubiq­ui­tous My­nahs. How lovely it was to see th­ese stun­ning birds in such a set­ting.
