Radis­son steps on Dubai pedal amid cor­po­rate re­brand

RE­CENTLY RE­BRANDED RADIS­SON

HO­TEL GROUP con­tin­ues to ex­pand in Dubai with Radis­son Blu Ho­tel Dubai Water­front among its lat­est launches.

The 432-room ho­tel, lo­cated in Busi­ness Bay, con­tains 34sqm Stan­dard Rooms, Busi­ness Class rooms and suites and Su­pe­rior Rooms (both 43sqm), 45sqm Ju­nior Suites, 64sqm Fam­ily Rooms, 61sqm one-bed­room suites and ac­ces­si­ble rooms. Busi­ness Class and suite guests can ac­cess the lounge. F&B in­cludes The Larder (Nordic), Fire Lake Grill House and Cock­tail Bar, Abraj (light bites), Makar (Scot­tish), Gotha night­club, Repub­lic (Le­banese) and Madi­son (New York loft­styled bar). Ex­ec­u­tives can ac­cess a ball­room and 11 meet­ing rooms. On­line rates for stays mid-April start from AED560 per night.

It fol­lows the open­ing of Park Inn by Radis­son Dubai Mo­tor City and Radis­son Blu Apart­ments Dubai Sil­i­con Oa­sis last De­cem­ber.

The mo­tor-themed ho­tel has 67 Su­pe­rior Rooms over­look­ing the race­track, an up­side­down vin­tage replica Fer­rari in the lobby – com­ple­ment­ing the For­mula DXB Park Inn car out­side – and colour­ful tyres along­side its walls as well as four themed meet­ing rooms (Pad­dock, Chi­cane, Apex and Podium) which can host up to 200 guests.

The 229 Sil­i­con Oa­sis apart­ments com­prise stu­dios, one- and two-bed­room apart­ments and come with kitchen fa­cil­i­ties and free high-speed wifi.

The ground floor Larder restau­rant serves an in­ter­na­tional lunch and din­ner menu and the lounge café is op­po­site, close to three meet­ing rooms which can host up to 45 del­e­gates. Sep­a­rate male and fe­male out­door pools and gym fa­cil­i­ties are also avail­able.

Other changes have seen Radis­son Blu Ho­tel Dubai Deira Creek re­cently com­plete the nine-month ren­o­va­tion of its 288 rooms, meet­ing rooms and ex­te­rior. Along­side 600 lo­cal art­works are 55-inch Ap­ple TVs – and the pop­u­lar Fish Mar­ket has had a makeover.

Un­der the new cor­po­rate struc­ture which lever­ages more on the Radis­son name, the group port­fo­lio com­prises Radis­son Col­lec­tion, Radis­son Blu, Radis­son, Radis­son Red, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radis­son, Coun­try Inn & Suites by Radis­son and Prizeo­tel. Platinum: 35 points per $1 spent
