BUSINESS AND LEISURE TRAVELLERS can visit Dubai from July 7 but must adhere to strict new procedures. In addition to appropriate visas, all travellers must obtain medical insurance, complete a Health Declaration Form disclosing any symptoms, register their details on the COVID-19 DXB app and sign a form declaring they will cover quarantine and medical costs if required. Visitors must also take a PCR test up to four days before travelling to Dubai. If they fail to do this, a PCR test will be conducted on arrival at Dubai airports.
