HSBC UAE is en­cour­ag­ing moth­ers to make a ca­reer come­back in a new cam­paign by J. Wal­ter Thomp­son Dubai. Called ‘I Rec­om­mend Mum’, the ini­tia­tive ad­dresses is­sues faced by moth­ers opt­ing to re-en­ter the busi­ness world. The cam­paign video uses chil­dren as spokes­peo­ple for moth­ers who were ‘on a break’ from their ca­reers, with the chil­dren rec­om­mend­ing their moth­ers for work. The cre­ative leads were Akhilesh Ba­gri and Gau­tam Wad­her, with on­line pro­duc­tion by Aly Seif Al Nasr. The pro­duc­tion house was Space Plum.
