Elle and vire launches new patissiers at Gul­food 2018

The French brand is high­light­ing dairy dessert prod­ucts at the ex­hi­bi­tion.

“Elle and Vire is a premium brand for but­ter and cream and we also have dairy desserts that we are strongly pro­mot­ing in mod­ern trade across the re­gion,” Alexis Jac­quand, man­ag­ing direc­tor, Africa and Mid­dle East for Saven­cia said.

“We have a few new in­no­va­tions this year like the new pat­tisier, which is a premium branch for dairy desserts and has been short­listed for the Gul­food In­no­va­tion award too,”jac­quand said.

The patissiers are avail­able in rasp­berry, mac­a­roon and lemon pie flavours and builds on the pre­mi­um­ness of the brand, “The prod­uct comes in a very unique de­signed pack­ag­ing and recipes which makes it stand out,” he added.

Speak­ing about their par­tic­i­pa­tion at Gul­food, Jac­quand said: “This plat­form pro­vides us a unique op­por­tu­nity to meet all our cus­tomers in the re­gion and make pro­fes­sional con­nec­tions in a very ef­fi­cient way.

“2018 is look­ing very ex­cit­ing, we are chang­ing our or­gan­i­sa­tion and man­ag­ing busi­ness through re­gions which will be a unique op­por­tu­nity for Saven­cia as a group to give ac­cess of our whole port­fo­lio to our cus­tomers and not just se­lected parts of the brand,” Jac­quand ex­plained.
