WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT IT?
Neapolis 510°C, is a truly unique product. To start with, it’s the most powerful electric pizza oven in the market cooking at temperatures as high as 510°C. This, enables our clients to cook their pizzas in less than one minute which is an incredible boost to their productivity.
Neapolis is also equipped with a software to manage a maximum installed power of 14.7 kw in order to achieve the maximum working temperature in just under two hour and is equipped to consume an essential minimum during use: just 6.5 kw/h.
