Ceviche with chilli and lime dressing
1 Arrange the slices of sh on plates or on a large serving dish. Drizzle with lime juice, wrap in cling lm and marinate in the refrigerator for around 15 minutes. 2 Take the sh out of the refrigerator and scatter over the spring onions, chilli and dill. Drizzle with oil. Season with crushed black pepper and smoked sea salt, and serve.
