Boiled egg and soldiers

Emirates Man - - STYLE FOOD -

Never boil your egg from cold. Some people do, I don’t. The egg must be room temperature. If you take your egg straight from the fridge and boil it, the shell will crack, the white will leak out, and water will get inside the egg.

One egg Baguette

Bring a pan of water to boil – look for the bubbles. Boil the egg for four minutes. I want my yolk runny and the white to be hard. For the soldiers, we use a normal baguette that we bake. We cut it into strips, and drizzle olive oil on top. Grill it, ip it, grill again.
