1 cup sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 1/2 cup dates, pinch of sea salt, pinch of vanilla bean. 1. Put ingredients in food processor and blend well. 2. Spread mixture on non-stick baking paper. 3. Put in fridge. 4. Cut into small rectangles. 1 bunch kale, 100g sunflower seeds, 10g sesame seeds, 1 onion, 3 tbsp parsley, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 3 tbsp water 1. Rinse and soak seeds for three hours. 2. Blend all ingredients in food processor until creamy. 3. Massage mixture into the kale. 4. Lay on dehydrator sheets. 5. Cook for 3 to 6 hours at 42°C or until crisp. Cool before eating.
