1 cup sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp co­conut oil, 1/2 cup dates, pinch of sea salt, pinch of vanilla bean. 1. Put in­gre­di­ents in food pro­ces­sor and blend well. 2. Spread mix­ture on non-stick bak­ing pa­per. 3. Put in fridge. 4. Cut into small rec­tan­gles. 1 bunch kale, 100g sun­flower seeds, 10g sesame seeds, 1 onion, 3 tbsp pars­ley, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp cider vine­gar, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 3 tbsp wa­ter 1. Rinse and soak seeds for three hours. 2. Blend all in­gre­di­ents in food pro­ces­sor un­til creamy. 3. Mas­sage mix­ture into the kale. 4. Lay on de­hy­dra­tor sheets. 5. Cook for 3 to 6 hours at 42°C or un­til crisp. Cool be­fore eat­ing.
