Lili Kobielski was one of the 18 artists featured in the exhibition The Way Live Now, by the New York-based publisher and gallery, Aperture. Lili’s documentation of the primacy of mental illness within Chicago's Cook County Jail has been revered and since been featured in Dazed fashion and CNN style for her candid approach to photography. Lili created an exclusive series of thoughtful images for EW, displaying fashion in the mundane of the every day. From ferry rides in Long Island to New York summers, she challenges the norms of what we de em‘ beautiful’ today. There is beauty everywhere, we just need to look closer.
