500g unsalted mixed nuts 1 tbsp butter 3 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp brown sugar Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Place nuts on a baking tray and toast in oven for 5-10 minutes or until golden, turning once or twice. 2. Melt butter in a small pan. Remove from heat and stir in rosemary, cayenne, chilli, salt and sugar. Toss nuts in this mixture to coat well and serve.
