3. Ingredients 10 slices day-old white bread, crusts removed,
halved diagonally and buttered 90g dark chocolate, chopped 3 large eggs, lightly beaten 500ml milk 10 tsp brown sugar, plus extra for sprinkling 2 tsp vanilla essence 1 punnet fresh blueberries icing sugar or cocoa, for dusting cream or custard, to serve Method: 1. Arrange bread an ovenproof dish, sprinkling chocolate in between pieces as you place them. Mix together eggs, milk, brown sugar and vanilla essence. Pour over bread then scatter over blueberries and remaining chocolate. Sprinkle liberally with extra sugar. Leave to stand for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 170°C. Bake for about an hour or until golden brown and set. Dust with icing sugar or cocoa and serve hot with cream or custard.
