Prep time: 10 mins Ingredients 250g mascarpone cheese 500ml strawberry yogurt 1 kg strawberries, washed, hulled and halved if large freshly ground black pepper Method: 1. Blend together mascarpone cheese and yogurt until smooth. Arrange a layer of strawberries in a glass dish and season with a little black pepper. Spoon over a layer of yogurt mixture. Repeat layers, ending with a layer of strawberries. Cover and chill before serving.
