Cook­ing time: 30 mins In­gre­di­ents 4 tbsp ghee (clar­i­fied but­ter), plus ex­tra for greas­ing 55g ver­mi­celli 1 cup coarsely ground al­monds 1 cup coarsely ground cashew nuts Method: 1. Heat ghee in wide fry­ing pan. Add ver­mi­celli and roast over low heat un­til fra­grant. Add al­monds, cashew nuts and pis­ta­chio, one at a time, mix­ing well be­tween each ad­di­tion. When mix­ture is crunchy, add co­conut, car­damom pow­der and saf­fron. Mix well. Add con­densed milk and stir well. Con­tinue to cook un­til mix­ture be­gins to leave sides of pan. Grease a bak­ing tray, pour in mix­ture then smooth into an even layer. Al­low to cool com­pletely. Cut into de­sired shapes and serve.
