Cooking time: 30 mins Ingredients 4 tbsp ghee (clarified butter), plus extra for greasing 55g vermicelli 1 cup coarsely ground almonds 1 cup coarsely ground cashew nuts Method: 1. Heat ghee in wide frying pan. Add vermicelli and roast over low heat until fragrant. Add almonds, cashew nuts and pistachio, one at a time, mixing well between each addition. When mixture is crunchy, add coconut, cardamom powder and saffron. Mix well. Add condensed milk and stir well. Continue to cook until mixture begins to leave sides of pan. Grease a baking tray, pour in mixture then smooth into an even layer. Allow to cool completely. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
