4. Method: 1. In a heavy fry­ing pan, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat un­til beef is well browned, stir­ring to break up meat. Pour off fat. Stir in mushroom sauce, ketchup and Worces­ter­shire sauce. Pre­heat oven to 180°C. Spoon beef mix­ture into four small casserole dishes or one large oven­proof casserole dish.
