Prep time: 10 mins In­gre­di­ents 3 tbsp 1 1 cup 1 tbsp 2 tsp 1 tsp 2 tsp 1/2 tsp 2 200g 500g 1 1/2 cups Method: 1. In a deep fry­ing pan, heat oil then sauté onion un­til it turns golden brown. Add tomato and ginger pastes and cook over a medium heat for 2 min­utes. Add all spice pow­ders and green chill­ies and stir well. Cook un­til oil be­gins to ap­pear on side of pan. Add peas and cook for an­other 2-3 min­utes.

Cook­ing time: 10 mins oil onion, sliced tomato paste ginger paste co­rian­der pow­der cumin pow­der garam masala pow­der turmeric pow­der green chill­ies, finely chopped peas pa­neer, cubed wa­ter salt co­rian­der, chopped for gar­nish
