Prep time: 10 mins Ingredients 3 tbsp 1 1 cup 1 tbsp 2 tsp 1 tsp 2 tsp 1/2 tsp 2 200g 500g 1 1/2 cups Method: 1. In a deep frying pan, heat oil then sauté onion until it turns golden brown. Add tomato and ginger pastes and cook over a medium heat for 2 minutes. Add all spice powders and green chillies and stir well. Cook until oil begins to appear on side of pan. Add peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Cooking time: 10 mins oil onion, sliced tomato paste ginger paste coriander powder cumin powder garam masala powder turmeric powder green chillies, finely chopped peas paneer, cubed water salt coriander, chopped for garnish
