Cooking time: 10 mins Ingredients 1 kg fresh tomatoes, chopped 10g ginger, crushed 10g garlic, crushed 1 small onion, chopped 20g coriander roots, chopped 10g chilli powder 10g sugar
salt Method: 1. Place all ingredients in pan with enough water to cover tomatoes. Bring to a boil and cook until tomatoes are mushy. 2. Strain mixture through a fine sieve then reheat. If it is too thick, adjust consistency to taste by adding hot water. Serve hot.
