Cook­ing time: 10 mins In­gre­di­ents 1 kg fresh toma­toes, chopped 10g ginger, crushed 10g gar­lic, crushed 1 small onion, chopped 20g co­rian­der roots, chopped 10g chilli pow­der 10g sugar

salt Method: 1. Place all in­gre­di­ents in pan with enough wa­ter to cover toma­toes. Bring to a boil and cook un­til toma­toes are mushy. 2. Strain mix­ture through a fine sieve then re­heat. If it is too thick, ad­just con­sis­tency to taste by adding hot wa­ter. Serve hot.
