Smoked salmon bagel

In­gre­di­ents 1 small onion, thinly sliced in rings 4 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp cream cheese 1 bagel, halved 10 ca­pers, chopped 2 tsp chopped chives 1 packet smoked salmon few fresh dill sprigs

salt Method: 1. Mix to­gether onion and lemon juice, sea­son and leave to mar­i­nate un­til onion turns pink. 2. Spread cream cheese on bot­tom half of bagel, top with ca­pers, chives, salmon, onion and dill sprigs. Close sand­wich and serve im­me­di­ately.
