Smoked salmon bagel

Ingredients 1 small onion, thinly sliced in rings 4 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp cream cheese 1 bagel, halved 10 capers, chopped 2 tsp chopped chives 1 packet smoked salmon few fresh dill sprigs
salt Method: 1. Mix together onion and lemon juice, season and leave to marinate until onion turns pink. 2. Spread cream cheese on bottom half of bagel, top with capers, chives, salmon, onion and dill sprigs. Close sandwich and serve immediately.
