Salsa and mojo sauce

In­gre­di­ents For salsa: 110ml canned whole peeled toma­toes 6 tbsp finely chopped onion 1/2 tsp gar­lic salt 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce 1 tomato, diced 1/2 cup finely diced cel­ery 1 small jalapeno pep­per, seeded and sliced For mojo sauce: 4 tbsp finely chopped onion 10 gar­lic cloves, thinly sliced 200ml vir­gin olive oil 4 tsp flour 1/2 tsp chopped oregano 2 tsp ground cumin 80ml or­ange juice 250ml lemon juice 150ml wa­ter Method: 1. To make salsa, purée to­gether canned toma­toes with half the onion. Stir in re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents, cover and re­frig­er­ate for 2 hours. Stir well be­fore serv­ing. 2. 2. To make mojo sauce, sauté onion and gar­lic in 1 tbsp oil. Add flour and mix well. Add re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents and bring to rolling boil. Cook un­til slightly thick­ened. 3. 3. Serve salsa and mojo sauce with grilled steak.
