Ask your­self if you could ac­tu­ally be suf­fer­ing from rest­less­ness. Be­ing rest­less cre­ates an in­abil­ity to fo­cus on one task at a time, and can make you feel over­whelmed, for­get­ful and stressed. Block off time to ex­clu­sively ‘lounge’. Turn off all dig­i­tal de­vices, pull on some soft baggy pants, for­get the make-up and just ‘chill’. And do this of­ten.
