Try to un-worry

When someone tells you not to worry, it’s still difficult not to. Instead, make a conscious effort to follow where your worried thoughts lead – often to the unrealisti­c worst-case scenario. Resolve either to let whatever it is that’s gnawing away at you off the hook because the worst your mind can create probably won’t happen or worry deliberate­ly and ferociousl­y for the next 10 minutes to get it off your chest or mind, and then let it go.
