Do worries wake you up? Keep a pen and notepad by your bed to write down the nig­gling con­cern that’s stop­ping you from get­ting back to sleep. Al­ter­na­tively, be­fore bed­time, write your worry on a slip of pa­per, pop it into an en­ve­lope and lit­er­ally ‘sleep on it’. A night’s sleep can give you a re­newed sense of per­spec­tive.
