Baking time: 40 mins Ingredients 2 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, roughly chopped 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped 500g minced beef 1 slice white bread, crumbled 1kg potatoes, peeled, boiled in salted water and mashed 2 tbsp butter 1 egg pinch nutmeg Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a medium-sized ovenproof dish. Heat olive oil and fry onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add mince, season with salt and pepper and fry until cooked. Add breadcrumbs and stir. Spoon into prepared dish. Meanwhile, mix mashed potato with butter, egg, nutmeg and seasoning. Spoon over mince then bake for 40 minutes or until cooked with a golden crust.
