Mini Wagyu burger (makes 1)

In­gre­di­ents 1 mini Wagyu patty ex­tra-vir­gin olive oil, for grilling 1 brioche bun 1 tsp ketchup 1 tsp light may­on­naise Method 1. Pre­heat grill to medium. Brush patty with oil. 2. Grill patty for 4-5 min­utes, turn­ing ev­ery minute un­til done, but still ten­der. 3. Slice brioche bun in half and toast it, spread with may­on­naise and ketchup then add burger. 4. Al­low burger to cool to room tem­per­a­ture be­fore pack­ing in lunch box. Note You can add slices of toma­toes and let­tuce be­tween the buns. If you can’t find mini Wagyu pat­ties, make your own us­ing minced Wagyu beef, rock salt, pep­per and chopped pars­ley. Mix all in­gre­di­ents to­gether, shape into small balls and flat­ten to make pat­ties. Re­frig­er­ate for at least 30 mins be­fore cook­ing.
