Mini Wagyu burger (makes 1)

Ingredient­s 1 mini Wagyu patty extra-virgin olive oil, for grilling 1 brioche bun 1 tsp ketchup 1 tsp light mayonnaise Method 1. Preheat grill to medium. Brush patty with oil. 2. Grill patty for 4-5 minutes, turning every minute until done, but still tender. 3. Slice brioche bun in half and toast it, spread with mayonnaise and ketchup then add burger. 4. Allow burger to cool to room temperatur­e before packing in lunch box. Note You can add slices of tomatoes and lettuce between the buns. If you can’t find mini Wagyu patties, make your own using minced Wagyu beef, rock salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Mix all ingredient­s together, shape into small balls and flatten to make patties. Refrigerat­e for at least 30 mins before cooking.
