Chocolate cake with fruit

Cooking time: 30-40 mins Ingredients 500g fresh berries, chopped 100g dark chocolate, chopped 3/4 cup ground almonds 2 cups flour 2 cups white sugar 6 tbsp cocoa 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda, sifted 160ml oil 2 tsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp vinegar 2 cups cold water
yogurt ganache, to decorate Method 1. Preheat oven to 180oC and grease a roasting tin. 2. Mix together berries, chocolate and almonds. 3. Sift dry ingredients in a separate bowl and make a well in centre of mixture. 4. In another bowl, whisk together all liquid ingredients then pour mixture into well. Whisk until blended. 5. Fold in berry mixture then transfer batter to prepared roasting tin. Lightly tap tin on a work surface to remove any air bubbles. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a testing skewer comes out clean. 6. Allow to cool, remove from tin then cut into 32 squares. Decorate with yogurt ganache and berries if desired.
