Coffee, orange and chocolate mousse

Ingredients 12 eggs 200g sugar 50g cocoa powder 500g chocolate, melted 110ml prepared coffee (Linizio Lungo recommended), cooled 370g cream, lightly whipped 3 oranges, zest of chocolate shavings, fresh raspberries and candied orange zest, to garnish Method 1. Beat eggs and sugar until creamy, then slowly add cocoa powder, melted chocolate and coffee. Mix well. 2. Add whipped cream and orange zest and mix well. 3. Place in cups or moulds and refrigerate until set. 4. Garnish with chocolate shavings, fresh raspberries and candied orange zest.
