Stir-fried chicken with noo­dles

Cook­ing time: 15 mins In­gre­di­ents 300g noo­dles 400g chicken strips 3/4 cup se­same seeds 1 tbsp oil 1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped 1 small cab­bage, chopped 1 red bell pep­per, cut into strips 1 large car­rot, cut into match­sticks 150ml soy sauce 1 lime, juice and rind Method 1. Cook noo­dles ac­cord­ing to packet in­struc­tions then rinse in cold wa­ter. 2. Sea­son chicken strips and roll them in se­same seeds. Heat oil in pan un­til hot and swiftly sear chicken with chilli un­til golden brown. Re­move and set aside. 3. Stir-fry veg­eta­bles in same pan over high heat un­til just cooked but still crisp. 4. Re­turn chicken to pan and add soy sauce, lime juice and rind as well as cooked noo­dles. Stir un­til ev­ery­thing is warmed through then serve.
