(serves 2) In­gre­di­ents 1 large avocado 2 tbsp le­mon juice 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce (op­tional) 50g low-fat ma­ture Ched­dar cheese, finely

grated Method 1. Mash avocado with le­mon juice and Tabasco sauce, if us­ing. Stir in cheese and sea­son to taste. Serve with sliced pitta breads or bread­sticks.
