Is that what you think your USP is?
I think so. The common perception about Indian food is that it is rich and creamy and all the taste comes from the amount of ghee and cream that goes into it. That is not true. Homecooked Indian food is very different from what we get in restaurants. My books, I would think, have helped in creating awareness about the fact that home-cooked curries are all about balance between flavours that come from spices and herbs and textures. So it is pretty wholesome.
