Avocado and su­mac dip

2 ripe av­o­ca­dos, peeled and cubed 1 small le­mon, juice of 3 tbsp olive oil 4 tbsp tahini 1/4 tsp ground cin­na­mon 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp crushed or ground su­mac 3 gar­lic cloves, crushed 1 tbsp black se­same seeds

1 Blitz the avocado and le­mon juice to­gether in a food pro­ces­sor un­til smooth, or mash to­gether with a fork.

2 Add olive oil, tahini, cin­na­mon, cumin, su­mac and gar­lic and mix to­gether un­til it’s the con­sis­tency of may­on­naise. Sprin­kle with the se­same seeds and serve with pitta bread.
