FOR THE BURGER
1kg minced beef 1-2 carrots, peeled and grated 1 onion, chopped 1 celery stalk, finely chopped 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley 2 slices white bread 4 tbsp milk 2 eggs 3 tbsp Worcester sauce 4 tsp olive oil 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
8 bread rolls, halved, toasted and spread mayonnaise or other sauce of your choice, lettuce and sliced ripe tomatoes
1 In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients, season, then form into patties. Chill for 10 mins.
2 Preheat a grill and cook the patties to desired rareness.
3 Serve in bread rolls with lettuce and tomatoes.
