Lunch A large meal usu­ally cheesy mac­a­roni and chips.

Din­ner Fast food – Chi­nese take­away or fried chicken – and snack on lots of crisps. Ge­orge would eat at least three choco­late bars a day.

Diet af­ter

Break­fast Small por­tion of ce­real and low-fat milk.

Lunch Sal­ads and a slice of grilled chicken.

Din­ner A home-cooked healthy meal. Cut out snacks and choco­late com­pletely.
