Honey and vanilla glazed pears with mascarpone cream

the barbecue to high. Place the halved pears cut side up on a tray. Place the honey and vanilla seeds in a small bowl and mix together well. Brush the pears with the honey and vanilla mix. 2Place
the pears cut side down on to the hot barbecue and cook for 2 mins, allowing them to caramelise. Turn the heat down and continue cooking for a further 8 mins. (I like the pears to be still crunchy on the inside but if you like them slightly softer then cook for a bit longer.) 3Meanwhile,
whip the mascarpone. Serve pears with mascarpone and toasted mixed nuts.
