Prep time: 5 mins Serves 4-6 3-4 ba­nanas 1 can (410g) mangoes or guavas, drained 250ml yo­gurt 100ml milk 250ml muesli A hand­ful of mint leaves


1 Place ba­nanas, mangoes or guavas, yo­gurt and milk in a food pro­ces­sor or juicer and pulse un­til finely crushed.

2 Di­vide muesli be­tween 4-6 glasses and top with banana mix­ture. Gar­nish with mint leaves.
