Crispy Thai beef and glass noodles

4 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sugar 200g beef fillet, sliced 1 tbsp corn oil 200g glass noodles, cooked 4 radishes, thinly sliced 1/2 courgette, sliced lengthways 3 tbsp toasted cashews 2 cherry tomatoes, halved FOR THE SAUCE, MIX TOGETHER: 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 3 tbsp oil 1 tbsp dark sesame oil 3 tbsp vinegar 1Mix
together soy sauce and sugar in a wide bowl and marinate beef in mixture for 10 mins. Remove from marinade and pat dry. 2Warm
oil in a wok over high heat and fry beef until crispy. 3Mix
together all ingredients and serve at room temperature.
