Eat­ing a protein-based break­fast such as eggs or smoked sal­mon will boost their me­tab­o­lism and give them nat­u­ral en­ergy, which they need be­cause they are so ac­tive. They are cre­ative types who can’t switch their minds off so min­imis­ing tech­nol­ogy be­fore bed is vi­tal. If they are stressed, they could try med­i­ta­tion.”
