O ne of my passions in life is cooking and it is something I enjoy doing particularly on days off and holidays, when I can spend more time in the kitchen. So when I came to know about season three through Friday’s Facebook page, I decided I must participate.
For the audtion, I prepared smoked boneless chicken – one of my favourite dishes, which is a big hit with family and friends – with shredded potato cutlets and strawberry relish. Chef Akshay liked my relish.
Although I’m confident of my abilities, I wasn’t sure what my chances were because of the large number of participants. But I was thrilled when I was selected as a finalist! I love experimenting with new ingredients, recipes and techniques and it’s my dream to make my own recipe book.
