Three-bean salad with feta

FOR THE SALAD 400g can white beans, drained and rinsed 400g can kidney beans, drained and rinsed 400g can fava beans, drained and rinsed 2 celery stalks, finely chopped 1/2 red onion, finely chopped 1/2 bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped 200g feta cubes, preferably Bulgarian
FOR THE DRESSING 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp honey 4 tbsp olive oil 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 red chilli, sliced Lemon wedges, to garnish
1 To make the salad, mix together all the ingredients, except the feta.
2 To make the dressing, whisk together all the ingredients.
3 Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and refrigerate to allow the salad to soak up the flavours of the dressing.
4 When ready to serve, add the cheese and toss. Garnish with lemon wedges.
