Okku, the Ja­panese res­tau­rant and lounge, has launched its new menu and with 36 fresh dishes to choose from we’re spoilt for choice! We feasted on aburi shime saba (seared Nor­we­gian mack­erel with gar­lic salt, yuzu kosho, ponzu oroshi and ginger), taraba salad, Alaskan king crab and wasabi tofu. The steamed fil­let of seabass with gar­lic soy vine­gar is to die for, but meat lovers will love, love, love the Wagyu shioy­aki. Ap­prox­i­mately Dh350 per person.
