Okku, the Japanese restaurant and lounge, has launched its new menu and with 36 fresh dishes to choose from we’re spoilt for choice! We feasted on aburi shime saba (seared Norwegian mackerel with garlic salt, yuzu kosho, ponzu oroshi and ginger), taraba salad, Alaskan king crab and wasabi tofu. The steamed fillet of seabass with garlic soy vinegar is to die for, but meat lovers will love, love, love the Wagyu shioyaki. Approximately Dh350 per person.
